Tuesday marked what would have been Paul Walker’s 44th birthday, and to honor the special occasion, his daughter, Meadow, shared a beautiful throwback photo of her and her dad. In the snap, Paul, who tragically passed away in a car accident in November 2013, dances with Meadow and twirls her around a living room. The now 18-year-old has an adorable smile on her face while wearing a dress and flowery headband. In addition to sharing the intimate photo, Meadow also made sure to spread kindness with her post, writing, “In honor of my dad’s birthday today, we’re challenging you to DO GOOD! Share a video or photo of your random act of kindness and nominate 4 people to join the challenge! Be sure to tag the foundation as well as hashtag #PWFdogoodchallenge, so we can check out all of your posts!”

In the years since Paul’s death, Meadow has shared a handful of heartwarming photos with her dad on social media, and she also honors his legacy by contributing to charities that involve his love of the ocean and all things marine biology.

On Saturday, Reese Witherspoon celebrated her daughter’s 18th birthday with a sweet message and an adorable throwback photo on Instagram. “Happy 18th Birthday to my sweet girl @avaphillippe ! 🎂Your kindness, grace, intelligence and humor never cease to amaze me,” the 41-year-old actress captioned the picture. “I love you and your HUGE ❤️ and I feel so lucky that I get to be your mom. 😊#proudmom #18”

Fans were quick to point out how little Reese (or Ava!) has aged since the original photo was taken. “You look exactly the same,” one user wrote. “Yes but wtf she didn’t age at all,” another user pondered. Either Reese has discovered the fountain of youth, or there’s something supernatural going on. Either way, consider us shook!

Game of Thrones’ Alfie Allen Has a Savage Response to This Fan’s Photo Caption

Unlike Theon I grew some balls and asked for a photo🍆🍒

Since Game of Thrones is known for the death and torture, including castration, of some of its biggest characters, fans have made a habit of cracking certain, well, d*ckless jokes. And that’s exactly what Olivia Bowes did when she recently ran into Alfie Allen, who plays Theon Greyjoy on the hit HBO series. She posted a cute selfie with the star on Instagram, writing, “Unlike Theon I grew some balls and asked for a photo🍆🍒” While that was savage enough, Alfie decided to take things one step further and comment on her photo with a truly hilarious burn, writing, “Actually your mum asked for you.” Olivia took the joke well, responding, “Shhh, then my caption doesn’t work as well.” Theon may not have any balls on the show thanks to Ramsay Bolton, but Alfie Allen sure does (and we love it).

Why Everyone Is Freaking Out Over This Photo of Queen Elizabeth II

July 21, 2017

Queen Elizabeth II has made more public outings in her royal career than any sane person could actually count, but her latest one has been causing some serious waves. After attending a celebration to mark Canada’s 150th birthday in London on July 19, the 91-year-old royal was spotted making her way out of Canada House. While this fact isn’t necessarily exciting, it’s who she was with that is behind the current “scandal.” Canadian Governor General David Johnston was photographed helping the queen down the stairs by lightly touching her arm and back. Totally harmless right? Not so fast. Royal etiquette states that greetings should not go beyond a handshake, and while the younger royals like Prince William, Prince Harry, and Kate Middleton have no problem breaking this rule, especially when it comes to emotionally charged meetings, the queen can be a different story. While she’s not too bothered if people bow or curtsy in her presence, she is known to be quite traditional.

The governor spoke out about his decision to touch the queen, saying he was simply trying to prevent her from falling. “I was just anxious to be sure there was no stumbling on the steps,” he told CBC News. “It’s a little bit awkward, that descent from Canada House to Trafalgar Square, and there was carpet that was a little slippy, and so I thought perhaps it was appropriate to breach protocol just to be sure that there was no stumble.” While we understand the royals’s “no autographs or selfies” policy, the innocent and polite gesture of helping a woman down the stairs is nothing to get upset over.

Since the tragic passing of Paul Walker in 2013, his daughter, Meadow, has shared a handful of precious throwback photos of them on Instagram. While we love getting glimpses of their close bond, we also love seeing how much Meadow has grown up. The 18-year-old has been very careful not to share too much of her personal life with her more than one million followers, but when she does post the occasional photo of her day-to-day life, it’s usually worth the wait. On Wednesday, she shared her first photo in almost a year: a stunning snap of herself staring at the camera while blocking the sun from her eyes. Many fans commented on how great she looks and that they are so excited to have her active on social media again. If the photo tells us anything, it’s that Paul would be extremely proud of the beautiful woman she’s becoming.
